This is the first part of the process, when we will work with you to understand your product, the market it is in and the key factors that matter.  Mixing these facts with the available data will enable us to recommend the best segmentation approach.


Once we have agreed how we are going to segment your customers (and at what level) we can complete the targeting exercise (the fun part).

The deliverable

Once complete will will typically deliver our solution as an excel file as we know this gives you the flexibility you need, although we will often deliver a bespoke csv file for loading into your CRM also.  An example excel file is shown below
