Summary highlights from our annual client survey

The results of our latest client survey are in and we’re delighted with the feedback. We’d like to thank all those clients that participated in the survey, as feedback is very important to us; enabling us to improve our services and delivery. Key highlights and comments are:

SERVICE

You gave us a score of 4.7 out of 5 for the second year running when evaluating how well we support you. Comments included:

“Expertise in complex sales and activity analysis”
 “Significantly exceeding expectations time and time again”
“Going the extra step (several iterations) to ensure the right
outcome is achieved to the highest standard”

PARTNERSHIP

You also gave us a score of 4.7 out of 5 when evaluating partnership. Feedback was CSL very much works in partnership and doesn’t simply deliver just what is asked for. Comments included:

“Great, full of ideas team, elevating data support to business partnership”
 “As a smaller company to rivals, this enables a closer, better relationship and gives much better support”
“The company is as good as its people and in the 
case of CSL the people embody the ethos of exceptional,
making CSL an excellent trusted partner”

ACCURACY

And when evaluating accuracy, you gave us a score of 4.5 out of 5. Comments included:

“Team works with very short deadlines without losing accuracy in deliverables”
 “Couldn’t give full stars unless we found nothing wrong when validating new development, but pretty close!
“Proactive approach to spotting anomalies or errors
and quick actions put in place to correct anything or
challenge the data source”

when asked “If someone you knew had need of a Business Intelligence solution, how likely would you be to recommend CSL?” our average score increased to 8.9/10 this year, giving us a Net Promoter Score of 58.

We are delighted that we continue to deliver projects that keep our clients very happy, something we are particularly proud of this time round given the challenges we all faced in 2020.
