Get up and running in three steps


Step 1 Segmentation

This is the first part of the process, when we will work with you to understand your product, the market it sits in and the key factors affecting success or failure. Mixing these facts with the available data will enable us to recommend the best segmentation approach.

Step 2 Targeting 

Once we have agreed how we are going to segment your customers, and at what level, we can complete the targeting exercise (the fun part).

Step 3 Delivery

Once complete, we will typically deliver our solution as an Excel file as we know this gives you the flexibility you need, although we will often deliver a bespoke csv file for loading onto your CRM.
