Balancing work with an annual charity walking challenge
In June, CSL colleagues participated in a walking challenge to raise donations for charity.
The main aim of the challenge was simple: walk for 30 minutes each day. At the end of the month, the team with the most daily walks wins a prize!
With CSL pledging a charity donation per walk, it was not just a daily boost of oxygen pushing us forward 😊

The main aim of the challenge was simple: walk for 30 minutes each day. At the end of the month, the team with the most daily walks wins a prize!

Along the way, there was a list of New Forest related items to locate on our walks to add bonus donations and prime us for our company away days in Brockenhurst, later that month.

All in all, this added a bit of fun to our day – daily walks certainly helped break up the very different challenge of back-to-back meetings! So cue drum roll, the team with the most steps and selfies were:
Altogether, CSL colleagues walked a total of £21,360 – with each team deciding which UK charities to donate to!
