CSL refreshed their client's Power BI dashboards
Starting with a series of requirements-gathering sessions with internal stakeholders, we identified key areas for improvement.
Summarised findings were presented to senior leadership, leading to the development and refinement of new and existing reports.
In keeping with software available to our client, these reports were primarily created in Power BI.
Positive feedback led to a widespread rollout of the new reporting systems
CSL developed multiple new dashboards and made critical edits to existing dashboards that were used business wide.
We presented our reporting relaunch plan to senior leadership, which was well-received. This indirectly led to the client team winning an award for the reporting developments at their internal company conference. This helped raise the profile of the team while increasing their capacity to provide additional support across the organisation.
