Andy has over 30 years’ experience developing, integrating and maintaining data-led solutions across many industries. For the last 15 years, he has worked within the healthcare sector.

As Head of Data Solutions, Andy is at the forefront of CSL’s developments in artificial intelligence as well as being a specialist in Microsoft Azure architectures and data security.

Andy is a qualified cricket coach and dedicates much of his spare time to three local clubs where his sons play. When he isn’t coaching, Andy spends his weekends enjoying the hospitality of the various cricket clubs in Hampshire and Surrey.
