Gemma supports a wide range of operational, communications, and organisational activities across the business. Since working at CSL, Gemma has developed her analytical skillset and now leads on the data processing for one of our client partnerships.

In addition to her other roles, Gemma heads up our Sustainability team. Through this, Gemma drives key initiatives such as EcoVadis and CSL’s commitment to reduce emissions through the SME Climate Hub. Gemma is also a member of the BHBIA Sustainability Committee.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit through yoga and growing fruit and vegetables in her allotment.
